What is different this time? | Strange fitness


Today is the day of the year full of hope and optimism.

That’s great!

Whether it’s a goal or resolution set for yourself, I’m excited for you!

We are all trying to do better and do not solve the work in the way we want in the past, but we hope. This time It will be different.

Musicians Nick Cave describe hope as « broken heart, » and I think it is beautifully accurate. We are trying to be different when the change is too difficult.

If you build a new exercise habit or try to change the number this year, you will be able to pay a matter. Setting a change goal is very commendable.

But in order to give the best opportunity to achieve the goal, the goal must be combined with self -reflection and self -awareness.

There are two questions we will ask ourselves when we start 2025.

Question 1: What is different this time?

I am proud of what I started again.

But what is different from this attempt?

If you always do what you have done, you will always get what you have.

The best predictor of future behavior is the past behavior.

If you choose the same goal or strategy as you have tried in the past, the final result is the same. “Why can’t you do my actions together?”

Be careful about the difference this time!

If you can’t try and adhere to these things, especially if you can try to give up all the sugar forever, especially before, especially before you try and adhere to the marathon.

This time something should be different.

  • Make less changes.
  • Choose and focus on one goal.
  • Choose another exercise routine.
  • Choose a different diet or nutritional change.
  • Select the time to exercise.

Question 2: What are you afraid of?

NF coach Matt Myers has been recently Mental Golf Podcast with Josh Nichols In the episode 24:30 mark, Matt pointed out JOSH that he surprised him.

Josh had self -awareness to know where to ruin in the future, and he and his coach planned it and overcame it together.
