Lawyers by a suspect murderer Luigi Mangione, A graduate from Ivy League accused of besieging Brian Thompson, the CEO of Unitedhealthcare in New York City, has filed a motion in a federal court asking the judge to block the justice department to pursue the death penalty if he is convicted.

« After a thorough consideration, I have directed the federal prosecutors to apply for the death penalty in this case, as we carry out the agenda of President Trump to stop the violent crime and to make America again secure, » said the Attorney General Pam Bondi on April 1.
The presentation, signed by Mangione Lawyers Karen Friedman Agnifilo And Avi Moskowitz, also called into question the language they argument suggests that the victim’s condition as CEO influenced the decision to seek capital penalty.
