Ours Summer shape challenge It’s coming up! Are you ready to raise your body, increase your confidence and do your best in just 6 weeks?
We have written 10 lists to do before. We start on July 8th So you can feel ready and have all the tips you can succeed this summer!

1. Bikini body decryption plans
On July 7, before we started the SSU, we plan our bikini body decryption plans, decrypt our bodies, and prepare with us to prepare to achieve our fitness goals! If you sign up, you will receive this plan for free. here.
2. Preparation of meals
One of the keys to success during the challenge is to prepare for meals. You can take time to plan your meal for a week and achieve your nutritional goals.

4. Summer meal plan

6. Set a clear goal
Define your SSU goal. Setting a clear goal, regardless of weight loss, muscle construction, or improving your endurance will help you concentrate and motivate you.
7. Please note to track the progress
Record your weight and measurement before you start the SSU. This will be the key to tracking your progress. It will be the key to celebrating achievements at the end of the summer shape.
8. Please join the responsible group

9. Book your exercise time
Block the calendar or planner time for exercise. Reservation in advance and handle it like other important promises to prioritize it!
10. Holdings, baggage, baggage
