Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was well received by British Prime Minister Keir Starmer outside 10 Downing St. In London on Saturday, one day after Zelenskyy’s tense exchange with President Donald Trump in Washington, DC
Zelemskyy and Starmer, who met with Trump in Washington on Thursday, embraced, shake hands, stirred, and gave the thumbs to journalists before heading to the Prime Minister’s residence for his meeting.
The scheduled visit to London comes after Zelenskyy Blowup with Trump and Vice President JD Vance during Friday’s television meeting at the Oval Office.
Zelenskyy was shouting at Trump’s journalists outside the Prime Minister’s residence, but remained close.

Starmer told Zelenskyy when he greeted him, « Well, let me tell you very much, welcome here to Downing Street. And while you felt the cheerfulness of the outside street, you have a full support for the United Kingdom and we are with you with Ukraine for as long as it can take. »
I have added, « and i hope you’ve heard some of that cheering in the street. That is the people of the united kingdom coming out to demonstrate how much do you, how much they they support ukraine, and your absolute determination to stand with unwavering ACHEEVE, Which is a Lasting Peace, in Lasting Peace for Ukraine Based on Sovereignty and Security for Ukraine, important sound for ukraine, important sound for Europe, and so for the United Kingdom.
Zelenskyy replied: « »With pleasure. Thank you very much. «
He added that the British have given Ukraine a « great support since the beginning of this war. »

Zelenskyy said he is also « very happy » to meet with King Charles III at his residence in Sandringham Sunday.
The tensions increased during the Oval Oval meeting on Friday by a possible peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine after Zelenskyy said that Russian President Vladimir Putin could not be trusted and that other agreements had been violated.
Trump and Vance accused Zelenskyy of not being grateful for the support that the United States have provided over the years, saying that the Ukrainian leader was in a « bad position » at the negotiation table.
« You’re playing cards, » Trump said. « You are playing with the lives of millions of people. You are playing with World War II. You are playing with World War II. And what you do is very disrespectful of the country, this country. »

After Vance said to Zelenskyy Ukraine to have labor and military recruitment problems, Zelenskyy said that the war means that « everyone has problems, even you, » adding the United States to feel the war « in the future. »
« Don’t tell us what we’ll hear, » Trump responded. « We are trying to solve a problem. Don’t tell us what we will feel. »
Zelenskyy was asked to leave the White House after the exchange, a scheduled press conference was canceled, and an agreement was left without a agreement for Ukraine to give the United States that its rare ground minerals.
Zelenskyy expressed his gratitude for America Help after meeting.
« Thank you America, thank you for your support, thank you for this visit, » he wrote to X. « Thanks @potus, Congress and the North -American people. Ukraine needs a peace only and hard, and we are working exactly for it. »
