President Volodymyr Zelensky sentenced Russia’s new « brutal » strikes to Ukraine on Saturday, warning that Moscow « does not think about how to end the war, » but said that his country is fully committed to constructive conversations with the United States next week. Russia, meanwhile, said that he had recovered three more peoples captured by the Ukrainian forces in the Kursk region last August.
