Search efforts for a missing student at the University of Pittsburgh who disappeared in the Spring Escapades while the Dominican Republican have entered the second week.
Sudiksha Konanki, 20, was last seen in a hotel around 04:00 local time on March 6.
Its disappearance is being investigated as the case of missing people, as officials consider whether Mrs. Konanki may be drowned.
The Attorney General of the Dominican Republic indicated that the researchers also do not rule out the game.
Who is Sudiksha Konanki?

The parents of the man – Joshua Riibe – last seen with Ms. Konanki published a statement to CBS News saying that they expect Ms. Konanki is « found as soon as possible ».

« We acknowledge that this is a complex and painful situation for all parties involved and we trust that the research will be performed with transparency and justice. Our only interest is that the process is respected and that the actions are carried out with the equity that the situation requires, » says the statement.
