Washington has to revoke all the visas of the southern -Sudanese passport headlines and block the new arrivals, on the failure of Sudan from Sudan to accept the return of its repatriated citizens, said on Saturday the Secretary of State Marco Rubio. The decision comes at a time when many in Africa fear a renewal of the Civil War that killed 400,000 people between 2013 and 2018.
