Russian President Vladimir Putin suggested that Ukraine be put into a temporary administration form to allow new elections and signature of key agreements to reach an agreement in the war, on Friday Russian news agencies reported on Friday.
Putin’s comments, during a visit to the North Port of Murmansk, are in the midst of attempts to forge an agreement to the conflict by restoring links to Russia and relating to both Moscow and Kiev, in separate conversations.
