Our team has been impressed with the LSF community. All women in this community are off their butt and we are proud of you! You all finished this six -week challenge too strongly, and the internal and external changes were unbelievable!

Alison’s Story:

« I always had a hard time in my pride, and I shed tears as I shed tears before I took a picture (including when I was pregnant).

I knew I could no longer make excuses, and I needed a change for myself and the future health. So I followed Move the app Exercise, each exercise. I joined the SSD SHINing STARS & LSF MAMAS. I did my best to follow the following 7th slim It was. HBMPI ate my 40 -day sugar with my brother.

I would like to stick to it and not give up it and began to pray. Many of the encouraging women of the LSF community continued! The meal plan helped to eliminate planning and speculation. And I think that’s the key to my success.

I not only became more physically stronger, but also grew confidence! I have been having trouble with anxiety, fatigue, migraine, dizziness, and hormonal problems since 2020. After changing diet and moving my body, I didn’t feel better! My migraine is not present, anxiety is much better, I have funny amounts of energy (wake up at 5:30), and dizziness and hormonal problems have disappeared! LSF was the key to bringing myself again. «

Natalie story:

“I got more than 35 pounds in my late 30s and hate all the little things about my body. I was very difficult to change my habits and lifestyles. I had no plans or directions. I was tired.

In just six weeks, I gained confidence that I didn’t know, I got a new discovered happiness to get up early in the morning, and I was grateful for my body, what I could do, I had a new relationship with food, and I had a community of too much support, love and encouragement. 9 pounds and clothes better!

This is just the beginning! I’m still trying to be my best self and thank you for Katie and LSF teams/communities. I am so thankful and proud of being in today’s position. I feel stronger and motivated, and more people will come forward! Good things for those who sweat! «

« I started this challenge with a reset for the new year. Move the app Follow each day closely with HBMP. I also started #teamlsfslay because I really wanted a support system for this challenge, and these women are amazing to motivate me and share their support in the challenge. I don’t think I can be so consistent without them! This challenge has created a habit of exercising and eating consistently. « 

Pink Heart winner

Pink Heart #teamlsf community Not only did he devote himself to his fitness trip, he was also very encouraging for his colleagues #teamlsf girls! All challenges submit those who motivated members and ask them to submit people who have become a source of positive and encouragement throughout the challenge.

Selena- 11 Pound lost

« I lost 17 pounds from the start Pleasant 14 challenges(11 lost since the SSD started).

I have adhered to a meal plan for more than a month, and now my husband and I have nutritionally treat themselves.

Everything is incredible, but this challenge has been much more not related to achieving weight loss goals and supporting LSF girls who have supported me for all the challenges of the past.

My reason is that others do not believe in themselves or encourage them when they are not encouraged by people in their lives and even falls down. « 

Member Spotlight

We received a lot of amazing submissions for this challenge, so it was almost impossible to illuminate our best winners, runner UPS and Pink Heart Reciper. We wanted to shout these amazing members with crazy changes and warm stories!

Loss: 5 pounds

« I decided to make a change when I controled the exercise time and the sleep cycle. I started eating lunch to make food at home, and I started to pack my exercise clothing so that I could go directly to the gym after graduating directly to the gymnasium.

Alena Nichols- (Faithfitness_girl.lsf)

Loss: 11 pounds

« I was devoted to SSD and devoted to physical health, but more importantly, I tried to help my physical health more with my mental health. This challenge was the first time to use a meal plan and I loved them. Move the app For my exercise) I always didn’t think about what to make for a meal! I even found some new favorite foods (salmon and Greek yogurt). HBMP I didn’t know I liked it so much.

There will always be a challenge. But I spent a day at once and I will continue to do that. I am very grateful to the girls who encourage and support me to #teamlsf girls. I like it about this challenge.

The biggest victory of the SSD is that in the morning, he was in the rhythm of exercise and protein. I tried to work it for a long time and was actually stuck this time! yes! I appeared every day and had a small change, and I worked hard and proud of the results. «

« I was in some of your challenges and I felt like I changed me the most.This time I made a hot body meal plan, I could change my thoughts on healthy eating habits and set real health habits for myself. I lost the pound! «
