We were lucky enough to have a good weather since the last series of rain. It was cool but clear and clear. On Tuesday, Tuesday, our group went to the southwest of Morgan, the UP Day Road, and then went to the end of the Redwood retreat road and beyond the hills of Sycamore Road. Big ride, but I forgot to charge one of the batteries. So I had to nursing the battery mainly to catch the uphill group. In the apartments and downhill roads, it was only for legs. This was an active challenge to me, but it’s still fun. In general, Tuesday is considered an easy ride for me, but I re -classified it into a difficult day!
I became easier for three days since then and I was in muscle training on Thursday. Then on Saturday, 2:45 hours hard, spacing and sprint are over. I was tired later, but it was recovered nicely. I can still pop out with two hard riding and two upper body robbers a week. Yesterday was an easy recovery ride of 75 minutes and was very comfortable. I plan to continue to enjoy this until it rains.
