Pro-ukraine protests have occurred in all the United States after Donald Trump and JD Vance’s angry exchange with Volodymr Zelensky in the White House.
Hundreds of people gathered in New York, Los Angeles and Boston to express their support for Ukraine after the furious row of the Oval Office.
Protesters who had pro-ukraine signs also aligned a road to Waitsfield, Vermont, where Vice President Vance and his family visited a skiing holiday.
North -American media reported that the family moved to a location not disseminated from their planned ski resort due to demonstrations.
A week, a protest was organized in Waitsfield against the Trump-Vance administration, before the President of the United States and the Vice President Shock with Zelensky – But many signs referred to the Row and Russia War with Ukraine.
« I think (on Friday) the performance at the White House has probably galvanized even more people to leave today, » said Judy Daly, of Indivisible Mad River Valley, the group that organized the protest, told Vermont Public Radio.
« (Vance) crossed the line, » added the manifestant Cori Giroux.
In front of the trip of the Vance family, the governor of Vermont, Phil Scott, had urged the people to « respect them ».
Scott, the Republican governor who refused to vote for Trump, said: « It welcomes the Vice President and his family to Vermont and I hope they enjoyed the weekend here.
« It’s not surprising that they chose Vermont, we had a lot of snow this winter, which has been good for our economy. »
He added: « I hope Vermontters recalls that the Vice President is here on a family trip with his young children, and although we may not always agree, we should be respectful.
« Please join -to welcome them to Vermont and hope that they have the opportunity to experience what makes our state and vermontatrers so special. »
Vance, who has three young children with his wife USHA, has not publicly mentioned the protests. The counter-protestors who supported Trump and Vance were also in Waitsfield.
Protesters also gathered on Saturday Tesla stores in all United States to protest Elon Musk’s push to reduce government spending.
Musk, the billionaire CEO of Tesla, has been commissioned by the President of the United States to oversee the Government Efficiency Department, better known as DOGE.
