A tall building that was still built in Bangkok collapsed after a powerful 7.7 magnitude earthquake swinging Thailand and Myanmar on Friday. The Thailand Prime Minister declared an emergency state in the city, where at least 43 workers are trapped under the rubble. The number of victims is not yet known.
