Korn Ferry Tour Veteran Ryan McCormick used an unconventional method to try to calm down his temperament during the second round of the club’s car championship.
McCormick, who competed in the PGA Tour Last year, but he relegated to development this year, he had trouble maintaining his composition on the golf course. This week at Landings Golf & Athletic Club in Georgia, he decided to try some new IRA management tools.

And so his mouth closed.

“I’ve been having such a fun time this year at Golf course. Quite angry and crazy, « he said in a video shared by the social media tour. » I thought I tried a lot of things and just thought I would have closed. So, I put ribbon on my mouth. «
« Very angry with the golf course. I ran out of ideas and thought of the tape a couple of weeks ago, » he added with a laugh. « So, unfortunately, it took place today. I hoped he might help me. I can’t say he did it or not. »
McCormick said that the idea was derived from his desire to create a better environment for his playmates, who admitted that he was not « fair ».

One of the main obstacles of his last « solution » was how he would communicate with his Caddy. McCormick’s response to this was the old fashion method: the pen and the paper.
« Mostly just score numbers, » he said. « I would just point and ask you to read sometimes. I made things much simpler, I will say. »
While the jury could be out of how the ribbon helped its frustrations, it certainly did not positively affect its game.

McCormick shot a 72 and lost the cut for a few times. He entered the tournament at number 126 on the point list and will probably fall more after Friday’s performance.
