An Israeli air attack pre-tornped a hospital at North gaza On Sunday, forcing patients to evacuate quickly after staff saying they had received a warning only 20 minutes before the attack.
The strike reached the Al-Ahili hospital in the city of Gaza. A patientA girl, died during the evacuation because medical staff could not provide urgent care, said the Hamas Ministry of Health.
The healthcare installation, one of the few hospitals in the city of Gaza, is led by the diocese of Jerusalem, which condemned the attack.

In a statement, the diocese said that the twins damaged several buildings, such as pharmacy and emergency services.
« About twenty minutes before the attack, the Israeli army ordered all patients, employees and displaced people to immediately evacuate the hospital premises before their bombing, » the statement said. « We thank God for no injuries or deaths as a result of the bombing. »
The diocese said the hospital has been hit five times since the start of the war in November 2023 – « This time the morning of Palm Sunday and the beginning of Easter. » Palm Sunday commemorates the entrance of Jesus to Jerusalem.
« We call on all governments and people of goodwill to intervene to stop all kinds of attacks on medical and humanitarian institutions, » he said. « We pray and ask the end of this horrible war and the suffering of so many. »

The director of the Al-Ahli Hospital, Dr. Fadel Naim, said in a publication in X that the damage to the hospital will affect more than 100 patients and dozens of medical staff.
The pictures of the consequences showed the cement roof of the hospital, surrounded by waste. Dr. Munir al-Boursh, the General Director of the Ministry of Health, called the frightening evacuation, with the people who took place on the street of the hospital beds.
« It was very scary for patients … We didn’t know what happened, » he said. The Ministry of Health said that patients have been taken to three other Gaza City hospitals, including Shifa, Al-Alquds and Kuwait Field Hospital.
Israel said he struck a command and control center used by Hamas at the hospital to plan and execute Israeli civilian attacks and soldiers, without providing evidence. He said before the strike, measures to mitigate the damage, including the issuance of warnings and the use of precise ammunition and air surveillance.
Hours later, a strike in a car in Deir al-Balah, in the center of Gaza, killed at least seven people (six brothers and his friend) according to the Morga staff at the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, who received the bodies.

The Israeli military also said that they led another command and control center to Deir al-Balah when many Hamas militants were present and were planning to attack Israeli soldiers. This was not connected to the car strike in the same area, which the army said was looking.
The strikes took place hours after Israel’s Minister of Defense said that military activity would expand quickly through Gaza, and that people should evacuate « struggling areas. » Israel also announced on Saturday the end of the Moragha aisle, cutting off the city of southern Rafah of the rest of Gaza, with the military saying that it will soon be expanded « vigorously » to most of the small coastal territory.
Israel demands that Hamas release 59 remaining hostages, of which 24 are believed to be alive and accept the new terms of cessation of fire.
In the last 24 hours, the Hamas-Run Gaza Ministry of Health said that 11 people died and more than 100 injuries.
Medical facilities usually set fire to wars, but fighters often represent these incidents as accidental or exceptional, as hospitals have special protection under international law. In his 18-month campaign in Gaza, Israel emphasized a campaign open to hospitals, besieging and attacking them, sometimes, in addition to hitting several others on strikes while accusing Hamas of using them as a coverage for their fighters.
The war began after Hamas killed 1,200 people during October 7, 2023, an attack, mostly civilians, and took 250 captive people, some of whom were finally released in cessation offers. At least 41 hostages have died in captivity.
So far, more than 50,000 Palestinians in Gaza have been killed in Israel’s retaliation offensive, according to the Ministry of Health, which does not differentiate between fighters and civilians in their count, but says that more than half of the dead are women and children.
