On Friday a Russian Russian mountain was demolished in a New Jersey Six Flags Park, marking the end of an exciting chapter a History of the amusement park.
It Kinta Roller Coaster at Six Flags Great Adventure was destroyed by demolition crew in the early hours of Friday morning, three months after officials announced the closure of the walk in November.
Aerial images of the scene show that the Russian mountain steel beams collapse, creating clouds of smoke near one of the parks in the park. The walk opened in 2005.
Zumanjaro: Drop of Doom, a drop tower attached to Kingda Ka, was also destroyed during the demolition. It was opened in 2014 and closed the same day as the iconic roller coaster.

The Kingda Ka Ride began to damage pilots from 1 to 128 mph in only 3.5 seconds, turning it into the fastest roller coaster in North America. After passengers shot the track at a 90 degree angle, Kingda Ka offered a 418 -foot fall, also marking the longest drop in any Russian mountain in the United States
Six flags said that Kingda Ka’s closure aimed to give rise to a « launch mountain of various records » that would open in 2026, although the details about his successor are limited.

The construction of a Kingda Ka replacement was part of an investment of $ 2 billion per Six Flags, announced the company, which will be published this year and next.
