« Haiti could face total chaos, » he added, adding that help and support for international force deployed to rampant band violence was desperately needed to prevent this destination.
« I urge you to keep you committed and respond to the urgent needs of the country and its people, » he said.
The poorest country in the western hemisphere, Haiti faces severe political instability, with country Swaths Under control of rival armed bands that perform generalized murders, violations and abductions.
