French minister Aurore Bergé accused the United States Embassy in Paris on Sunday trying to « impose a diktat » on French companies after the local media reported that large companies had received a letter from the embassy staff asking them to comply with the executive order of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, who would end diversity, equity and inclusion programs.
