A DC Federal District Judge ruled last Saturday evening that the shot of President Donald Trump from the Head of the Special Advisory Office was illegal, keeping him in charge. The Trump Administration presented its appeal notification shortly after.
Hampton Dellinger, designated by former President Joe Biden to run the Special Advisory Office, sued the Trump Administration at Washington, DC, Federal court after its shot of February 7.
DC District Judge Amy Berman Jackson wrote on Saturday that she presented that the court’s ruling that the shot of Dellinger was « illegal » is consistent with the precedent of the Supreme Court.

The Trump administration filed its appeal to the United States Appeal Court of the Columbia district circuit shortly after Jackson’s ruling.
Jackson wrote that the court « finds that eliminating restrictions on the elimination of the plaintiff would be fatal to the defining and essential characteristic of the special advisory office, as it was conceived by Congress and signed by law by the President: their independence. The court concludes that they must be. »
Jackson confused the defendants in the lawsuit, including the director of the United States Management and Budget Office, and the Treasury Secretary, Scott Bessent, ordering them to recognize the post of Dellinger. Jackson did not get involved in Trump.

« It would be ironic, to say -less and enemy to the ends that advanced in the Statute if the lawyer himself could cool in his work for fear of arbitrary withdrawal or partisan, » Jackson wrote.
Jackson’s decision comes after the United States Supreme Court stopped the Trump Administration’s efforts to dismiss Dellinger. The Trump Administration had asked the high court to annul the temporary reinstatement of a lower court in Dellinger.
