While all the heroes of Ronald D. Moi Battlestar Galactica The reboot is great, no one made as much impression as Starbuck, Hotshot pilot whose life is full of porridge, except when it is in the Viper cab. Although the character is well written, we can say that most, why Starbak is so popular, is the charismatic performance of a woman behind the flight. In this show, Katei Sakhof gave the best career performance, but most fans do not realize that she may have done her best behind the scenes, developing a set for the Episode « Darkness Valley ».
As Kate Sakhof revived Starbak in life without acting

In this episode, the 2nd season of Starbuck returned to her native planet Capri with Helo. There’s a pilot Hotshot goes along the memory lane, listening to the old father’s recording and reminding of his time together. As for Katei Sakhof, she made the most recruitment in the form of intimate acting, helping to draw most of the works of art that we see on the screen, effectively throwing more about her personality and about her relationship with her father and commander Adam.
Part of what makes Battlestar Galactica The remake is so great – it is an effective story that is complete with the scenes that sometimes tell us everything before anyone even says. For example, in the « Darkness Valley » we learn a lot about Starbuk’s relationship with her father thanks to the conversations she leads from Helo. But we may find out much more about Starbak through the works of art in the house, and Katei Sakhof has proved that it works well in more than just acting, drawing on the walls and canvases, which are scattered throughout the room.
Of course, you may have missed some works of art because your attention has been drawn to one overall picture that resembles a giant portal. Later, we will find out that Starbuk painted this particular image since childhood, and this herald (among other things) the next Starbak’s death (spoilers, sweet!) In Merstrom. Companying a poem is a simple, movable love poem, about which the pilot wrote, presumably her bride, Zak Adam.

If you are a Starbuck fan, « Valley of Darkness » is a great episode because it creates a character’s fate, even when it highlights her origin and relationships with other characters. Honestly, the fact that Kate Sakhof personally drew the walls and canvas of the old apartment of her hero, shows how serious she took her action on the show, which would later make her home name.
In addition, the very first episode Battlestar Galactica Ministers make it clear that Starbak has a very close connection with Commander Adam, who refers to her as a daughter than to his subordinate. Some of this proximity come from the fact that the pilot was engaged with the late son of Adam Zakak, as well as friends (sometimes with flirtatious advantages) with the surviving son Lee. But the « Dark Valley » makes her dad problems quite obvious, sending home, how much Starbuk admired Dad, who eventually left, later led to a closer connection with Adam.
Kate Sakhof’s acting skills remain one of the best reasons for viewing (or revision) Battlestar GalacticaAnd her performance is even more impressive when you consider that she continued to develop her hero on the screen, decorating the old Starbuck’s old apartment. Now let’s hope the actor accepts requests. Ms Sakhof, you could please please Paint us as one of your space portals?
