Do not look back on anger


Since 2024 is getting closer, I wanted to hit you with the last newsletter before the confusion of 2025 began.

It is at that time that our brain is almost automatically looking back last year.

What is right, what’s wrong.

What we achieved, what we did not follow.

If you are like me, it is easy to express “what is wrong” and to feel all kinds of negative emotions.

We can look back on what we have done or not. As I mentioned in the previous newsletter, I The largest amount of “Catholic guilt” I am not religious.

A few months ago, I accidentally found a story I still think. No doubt, there is no word in Tibetan directly translated as « guilt. » The nearest translation is closer to « intelligent regret ».

I couldn’t track this by tracking Tibetan speakers without talking about Tibetan, but I think it’s a beautiful feeling that can help us when moving to 2025.

Look back with curiosity, not judgment.

Take time today and look back at the year. Curious, not referee.

Write down these things. Note your feelings as you look back. Write down what you have learned and how to make a decision or choice of the future.

Perhaps you didn’t like to run, or that it was an absolute failure to go to keto, or to be the first parent, actually made your life completely messy, or that we couldn’t adhere to the morning life.

These are everything that happened. Now we must decide what kind of emotions to apply to those things.

remember, The past is not set to stoneAnd some of these frustrations and failures can be a lesson to learn for the future. They can be a catalyst for the next step.
