Great Britain and France are working with Ukraine with the plans to end the fighting with Russia, saying the Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Sunday, as European leaders met for crisis talks after an explosion between Kiev and Washington. Citing Starmer’s call for specific actions to reach a peace agreement for Ukraine, Bénédicte Paviot of France 24, said: « Keir Starmer looks like a bridge between London and Washington, between London and Europe. »
