Prosecutor Douglas Wigdor crashed in the allegation, adding that the video « fairly and accurately » is an incident of the attack.
He also hopes that, regardless of claims, the footage will be taken into lawsuits over Sean’s sexual crimes.

Caes’s lawyer says in the attacker « exactly presents what happened »
On the eve of the judgment of Diddz in sexual offenses, his defense team claimed that CNN destroyed a single copy of a video that allegedly showed a rapper who attacked his former Cassandra girlfriend « Cassie ».
They also claimed that the viral clip, which later released the news, was edited to display the rapper in the bad light.
Caes’ lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, now replied to these claims by telling Tmz that they are a « insincere argument » from the Didi’s legal team, which submit legal documents to exclude videos from their future lawsuits.
The prosecutor continued to say that the motion of the rapper’s defense team would fall because he believes that the frames are clearly reflected what happened during the attack.

All about the Diddy Defense Team Claim
Didi’s lawyers’ demands were made in a joint letter of evidence in his federal case, in which the rapper is facing allegations of trading, racketeering and transportation for prostitution.
« CNN has acquired a single copy of the hotel observation staff, downloaded these footage to free editing software, changed the video, and then destroyed the original footage, although she knew and repeatedly reported about the federal investigation, » read the letter for Tmz.

Didi used to claim that federal prosecutors changed the Cassie video to influence
A month earlier, the Diddy lawyers also made a change of changed video Cassie Assault.

Caesi’s video release caused a wave of backlink against Didi, which pushed him to apologize for his actions in the video.

He has been at a federal institution since the arrest last September, and his numerous requests have been denied.
The rapper court is scheduled for May, and if he is found guilty, he may threaten maximum life imprisonment.
Among his detention, federal prosecutors added a forced statement on previous US accusations today.
