When we enter the 4th week of Spring SLIM DOWN CHALLENGE, it is important to maintain motivation and focus on goals. Summer is on the corner, so let’s keep it consistent!
Five tips to help you stay on the track and motivate you:
1. Target check -in
If you have set goals for yourself when the SSD starts, focus on giving birth and achieving them! You can always update them to fit your needs and demands, but you can keep it.
Regardless of losing a certain amount of weight or improving your endurance, make sure your goals can be realistic and achieved within the rest of the challenge.
2. Keep consistency
Consistency is important for the results. Even on a bad day, stick to your exercise schedule and meal plan. All small efforts add big progress in the long run.
Summer is on the corner and thank you for moving your body even when you are lying on the beach somewhere in the tropics.)
3. Check -in of responsibility group
Equipped with a support system can lead to a difference in the world during the fitness challenge. Whether you are a sports friend, a friend who shares your goals, or a SSD responsible group, we check in with them when we are half -down through Spring Slim Down!

4. Mix the exercise

5. Congratulations on a small victory
